Objective

Nike has long been an established, best-in-class leader in the world of athletic and streetwear apparel and products. But Nike depends on third party retailers, such as a Dick’s Sporting Goods (DSG), to augment their national market footprint and sell a higher volume of products in both online and brick and mortar channels. Nike approached us to better understand their customers that shop at DSG specifically, in order to design a mobile app that could elevate the DSG shopping experience and improve how Nike’s tour de force brand shows up in DSG stores.

OBJECTIVE

Enable teen team athletes to discover and purchase the apparel and equipment they love, regardless of channel or retailer.
